Camera Feeds
Construction camera feeds are a valuable service to publishing live footage of construction sites. Camera feeds provide real-time insights and updates on the progress of a construction project, allowing stakeholders to monitor the site from anywhere at any time.
Whether you’re a construction manager, site supervisor, or just interested in the construction industry, camera feeds give you a comprehensive view of construction in progress. All construction camera feeds are available for every construction camera we offer.
Camera Feeds available
Image Feed
Displays the actual image.
Configuration options:
- See generic configuration options below.
Delayed Image Feed
Delays the publication of a single image by an arbitrary number of minutes. This example feed has a delay of 60 minutes.
Configuration options:
- Delay in minutes.
Image History Feed
Displays the last 10 images. Click on a thumbnail to see a larger image.

Image Archive Feed
Displays images of the last few days. Browse and click on a thumbnail to see a larger image.
Configuration options:
• Configure the number of days.
Image Feed with Calendar selection
Same as the image archive feed, with more options to browse and select specific dates from the calendar pop-up.
Configuration options:
- The number of days that can be displayed. If not specified, the entire recording duration can be viewed.
- Access to the latest images can be blocked for privacy reasons.
Time-Lapse Feed
Feed displays daily time-lapse video in MP4 at 25 frames per second. Time-lapse video always up to date!
Configuration options:
- The amount of time from the most recent image to include.
- Configurable time-lapse video length up to 180 seconds
- The time lapse resolution is the same as the image table resolution. If the resolution is higher than FullHD, the time lapse will be scaled to FullHD resolution.

Panorama Feed
Displays any high-resolution panoramic image with fast loading time.
Configuration options:
- Add and link “Point of Interest”.
- Add and link logos.
- Add loading screen logo.
Generic configuration options for all camera feeds
- Select camera and image table.
- Add feed alias. Change feed URL.
- Change the feed token by deleting it and creating a new feed. The token is a primary security option to prevent public access to camera feeds.
- Customize whether feed is public or private. Also used as emergency OFF.
- Add feed name and feed title. Feed title will be published with feed.
- Latest image is public. This option is disabled by default. This means that the last still image cannot be downloaded. This is a primary privacy feature. Images can only be viewed through the feed, not downloaded.
- Error page URL shows replacement image in case of failure
- Publish images through third-party publishers.
- Show weather data in feed.
Data Protection
All webcam operators must comply with applicable privacy laws. This means that they must protect people’s information. People who can be identified directly or by context are considered particularly sensitive. Great care must always be taken when publishing people, car numbers or other buildings without consent. Avisec has developed several services to ensure that your webcam complies with privacy regulations and that you do not have to worry about conflicts with your neighbors or the law.
Image Tables
Images from construction cameras are stored in camera-specific image archives/tables. Avisec offers the possibility to create and store images for each camera in more than one image table. The advantage of multiple image tables is that, for example, the original image can be stored unchanged, while the image for publication can be edited.

JPG Quality
Set the percentage of JPG quality at which the construction camera image will be saved.
Set image Lifetime
Images will get permanently deleted from archive if lifetime exceeds number of days configured.
Barrel lens correction
Barrel Lens Correction is a function that corrects the distortion caused by camera lenses. It is particularly useful for correcting barrel distortion, where the image appears to bulge at the edges.
Resize image
Image resizing changes the dimensions of an image. Image resizing is a primary privacy option to reduce the image size to the resolution required for publication. The additional quality option determines the scaling algorithm used.
Rotate image
Rotate the image to any angle.
Flip image
Flip image horizontally or vertically.
Image crop
Cut out any area of the image. This function can be used as a digital zoom.
Anonymize
The Privacy Protector offers the unique ability to automatically hide moving objects and people from images. The Privacy Protector is the most powerful feature for permanent privacy protection. People and moving objects are magically removed from the image.
Identity Mask
One or more arbitrary image areas are blurred or pixelated. This is a primary function to ensure permanent privacy.
Overlay image
Overlay any area of an image with logos, advertisements, or static images. This is a primary function for permanent privacy protection by permanently replacing entire image areas. This feature also provides an easy way to brand images.
Add Timestamp
Stamp the date and time on the image. The date and time are referenced in the file name of each image. In addition to the file name, the date and time can be permanently stamped on the image. This feature makes searching easier.
